CONSTRUCTIONS OF THE BUZZ HAVE BEEN DELIVERED

On the 6th of August, 2021, Buzzcity SA, owned by Fidentia BeLux Offices, CBL SA and Atenor Luxembourg have signed the provisional acceptance of the Buzz in Leudelange.
The Buzz, located rue Jean Fischbach 19/21/23 in Leudelange, is an office campus made of 4 interconnected buildings designed by Jaspers-Eyers Architects and E.urbain. It offers 16,533 m² of office spaces, a retail space of 279 m² retail, 541m² of archives and 361 parking spaces. Leudelange is at the doors of the city of Luxembourg, with direct access to the motorway leading to France, Belgium or Germany.
The buildings have a Breeam Very Good and Seco Comfort(score A) certifications in addition to the performance certificate CPE level A-B. These “smart buildings” and “sustainable campus” surrounded by gardens, patios and terraces have been thought for the wellbeing and comfort of its users.

Buzzcity SA have been acquired by Fidentia Belux Investments SCA in 2018. Fidentia Belux Investments SCA has merged with Fidentia Offices III SA in May 2021 to form now Fidentia Belux Offices SA.
