At Fidentia, we are very honoured to welcome our first tenant in the Buzz in Leudelange ; a well-known company specialised in cloud computing services and IT service management will be moving beginning of 2022 in the Buzz. This particularly shrewd tenant has leased the totality of the bloc D (3.597 sqm).

This project being developed by the well-known architects Jaspers- Eyers and E. Urbain in a way to give to future tenant a campus spirit. It is based in Leudelange, a moving district with ongoing mutation and a natural extension of Luxembourg City. Made of 4 different buildings with 4 different sizes interconnected with huge possibilities of fitting out. The idea is to bring to future tenant the possibility to consider the site as a new point of contact in order to create life and interaction bringing home to the office instead the opposite. In that perspective, we bring particular attention to landscape and footprint. Therefore, this 4 buildings site is only elevated on ground + 3 levels with very low land ratio impact. This particularity offers to occupants a very friendly and healthy green environment based on biodiversity.

In addition, we focus on a sustainable construction and have worked particularly and detailly on special attention dedicated to wellbeing and comfort to occupants. This campus is therefore granted either by a BREEAM certification as well as new European SecoComfort certification and Smartbuilding predisposition to anticipate future needs. In a few words, this project has been developed around “building of future” concept. Mobility/sustainability/wellbeing will be the keys of success in the coming years and a real tool to attract and retain talent.
