Louis de Halleux is Managing Partner in charge of Investment and Fund Management.
He started his career as General Counsel to Bernheim-Comofi to become a member of the Executive Committee at AG Real Estate.
He has a Master in Law from UCLouvain, Master in Tax Law from ICHEC-ESSF (Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Fiscales) and a Post Master in International and European Tax Law from ICHEC .
Hervé De Ruytter is in charge of Asset Management in Belgium.
He started his career in real estate career as a Property Manager at Segro Belgium and became later Head of Property and Asset Management at Segro France. He then joined AG Real Estate and Banimmo where he was in charge of Asset Management and Development Management. He has extensive experience in Asset Management of offices and industrial assets.
Hervé holds a Bachelor degree in Law (Antwerp).
Annick de Meel leads Asset Management and Business Development in Luxembourg.
She started her real estate career as Project Manager at Odebrecht/ Gilbo Construct (Straco). Later she became Asset Manager at Leasinvest in Luxembourg, She has extensive experience in the Project Management and Development of upscale residential and office buildings as well as in the Asset Management of office and retail assets.
She has a Master in Interior Architecture from ESA Saint-Luc (Brussels).
Laetitia Etienne is in charge of Legal and Regulatory Affairs.
She started her career as legal counsel at Bernheim Comofi and later at Fortis Real Estate (now AG Real Estate). She has extensive experience in acquisition and restructuring of real estate investments.
Laetitia holds a Master in Law and a Master in Economic Law from UCLouvain; she also has a Master in Business Law from Paris University Pantheon-Sorbonne and a Master in Tax Law from ICHEC-ESSF.
Werner de Giey is in charge of Accounting and Budgeting.
He started his career as portfolio manager with Mees Pierson. He then joined Deloitte in Accounting and later in Auditing. Thereafter he became Auditing & Accounting Manager with BDO.
Werner holds a Master in Business Management ICHEC (Brussels) and a Graduate degree in Accounting from Ephec (Brussels).
Laura Moyen is the Office and Asset Manager.
She started her career at Skyways Aviation supporting the sales and administration teams. Later she joined L Sphere Invest to assist in real estate property management and office management.
Laura holds a Bachelor in Management from Ecsedi-Isalt (Brussels).
Edona Gashi is in charge of office management.
She previously had expierience as expert manager at Delhaize and also worked as secretarial assistant at COOVI SO. She has done an internship as office manager in the Brussels Parliament and did an administration internship in Portugal.
Edona holds a degree in Winkelmanagement from Erasmushogeschool Brussel.
